Price includes delivery within Kent. Â If you require delivery outside Kent, please call us first before placing an order to check we can supply your area.
We suggest it works best to order more salt when you load your last pack into the softener and that way we have a couple of weeks to deliver before you run out. Once ordered we aim to deliver within a week to ten days but if you do run out completely please give us a call because we may be able to get it to you sooner on request.
Ideally we can leave the salt in a safe place so that delivery is still possible if we are in the area at short notice.
The brand of salt we supply may vary from time to time depending on availability.
We send replacement filter cartridges through the Royal Mail and these may be ordered via phone or email. They will be sent immediately and should arrive within 3-4 working days. We also have a standing order option whereby the cartridges can be sent automatically once a year.
